It is a rare and unusual calling – the willingness to go first, the courage to stand in front. We will never be a tribe of ‘all leaders’. The vast majority will be content to follow.
But they will want someone who inspires and protects them. Someone they can trust and respect. If this is you, you don’t need a title or a pronouncement. Decide today who you want to serve, and how. And then, simply lead.
